Elite Runners Package


30 minute personal session in studio or via phone. Your coach will answer specific questions, explain your workouts, and discuss the philosophy so you know why your plan looks the way it does, and help you set and achieve specific goals for your race.

You will receive weekly accountability and coaching for 12 weeks. Your coach will guide you and make any adjustments during your training program.
